Fitness with a Purpose is a fun format of circuit training that will challenge your whole body using multiple ’rounds’ of exercises that will boost your metabolism through a mix of muscular fitness and cardiovascular training. With circuit training, you will complete each set of exercises for a certain number of repetitions, or times. Then, you’ll move to another activity for the same amount of repetitions or time with little or no rest in between. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective exercise that can be incorporated into a healthy lifestyle.
Note: Two class sessions will be held on a Tuesday evening instead of Monday. The Tuesday dates are July 16 and July 23. No classes on Monday, July 15 and July 22.
