Google IT Support (Online/Virtual)

Introduction to fundamentals of IT support critical for success in entry-level IT support jobs. Includes troubleshooting and customer service, networking, operating systems, system administration, and security. Course completion leads to Google IT Support Professional certificate.

High School Diploma or equivalency
Access to a computer and broadband internet connection
